What do you need from me to prepare my floor plan and report?
To create your marked-up floor plan and full report, I’ll typically ask for your floor plan (or a clear layout sketch), photos/videos of key rooms, and a short summary of what you want your space to support (career, money stability, sleep/health, relationships, family harmony). I’ll guide you on exactly what to send so the recommendations are precise.
Can Feng Shui help when money comes in but doesn’t stay?
Yes — this is one of the most common themes clients bring to me. In a consultation, I look for layout patterns and energy flow that can create “leakage” (where stability doesn’t stay anchored), and I recommend remedies that support steadier, more grounded financial energy in your home or workspace.
Should I avoid buying a home on a T-intersection lot (T-junction)?
In traditional Feng Shui, T-intersections can create strong, fast-moving energy directed toward a home. It doesn’t automatically mean “don’t buy,” but it’s worth assessing how directly the road lines up with your main entrance and whether there’s buffering (landscaping, fencing, setbacks, trees) to soften the impact.
Do house numbers matter in Calgary (like “4” being unlucky and “8” being lucky)?
